In Good Company in Cumberland

Nothing is sweeter than photographing a darling baby; other than getting to shoot a darling baby and her newly engaged parents that is!  Baby Brooklyn is surrounded by so much love and I feel so fortunate that her parents Lee and Kayla asked me to capture a few special moments up at Comox Lake.  It is so nice to see young families so happy and full of life and I wish them all the best with the planning of their wedding!  xox

Sweet Baby Lauren

The beautiful thing about living in a small town is the connections you make along the way.  Just over a year ago I had the privilege of having Harmony as my realtor an here we are today; her with a gorgeous newborn girl Lauren and myself with a little girl on the way.  This mini shoot was a family affair and I could just feel the love everyone shared for this beautiful little girl.  Congrats again to Buddy and Harmony xo

And they lived Happily "Everly" After

Mother's are amazing. Period.  I am always so amazed and in awe of them.  They are superheroes in my eyes and seeing a friend transform into one is an amazing sight to behold.  My friend Jessica is no exception.  She has endured, like so many other woman, so much to bring into the world a child of her own.  I am so proud of her and so happy for her and her husband on their new addition to their family; Everly May Yarrow.  She is absolutely adorable and it was love at first sight!  What better way to celebrate her coming into this world then a shower!  Thanks to the hard work of family and friends, Jess was surprised with a gorgeous shower where everyone was able to meet Everly for the first time!  I loved all the beautiful touches throughout and it was such a beautiful afternoon to spend together and to see so much love in one room.  Thanks again for invite and I am so glad I was able to capture some precious moments with Everly.  I don't often get teary eyed while editing but this was one hard shoot to get through without a box of tissues!  Everly May you are one loved baby girl.  Congrats again Ben & Jessica on your beautiful baby girl.
